Adding custom frequency

I have Acer Aspire 5732ZG laptop with a T9600 2,8GHz cpu. Unfortunately I am not able to set SLFM (800MHz) by cpufreq. There is no such mode avalible. If I enable SLFM bit in MSR (set bit 15 of 0xEE) then I'm able to enter SLFM by reducing VID on the lowest frequency to 9 (normally is 23). Is it possible to add this frequency to avalible frequencies in cpufreq? I've installed intel-phc v0.3.199-2 but I don't know how to create custom frequency. I would like to add SLFM (800MHz) to the cpufreq list. It uses FID 6 and VID 9.
