comments on the off-tree package

The topic is pretty generic, so that there can be one thread for stuff like this.


Currently prepare.sh has the following shebang "/usr/bin/env bash". I suggest to change it to "/bin/sh", because basically every POSIX system has /bin/sh and currently prepare.sh is neither needing nor using anything bash specific.
Of course almost every system has /usr/bin/env and bash installed, but I think it's always better to make it more general if it's basically for free :)
